What are the parking options?

Parking at JAG is available through our Valet Service or nearby street parking options.

Valet Parking

  • Available 24/7 on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Limited underground and outdoor spaces.

  • $15/night plus tax—once registered, your spot is guaranteed for the duration of your stay.

Exile Restaurant Guests:

  • Lunch: $5 (subject to availability).

  • Dinner: $10 (subject to availability).

Street Parking

  • Approximately 40+ city parking spots are within a 2–5 minute walk of the hotel.

  • Parking options include 30-minute, 2-hour, and 4-hour zones—please check city regulations.

  • Free parking is available after 6 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends, and on statutory holidays.

Private Parking

  • Several privately owned parking lots and garages are available throughout downtown.

  • Options include hourly, daily, and permit parking—rates vary by location.

Do you allow pets?

As much as we love furry roadies, JAG is a pet-free zone. (Service animals, of course, are always welcome.)

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change—we get it. If you book directly through Steele Hotels, you can cancel without charge by 4 PM on the day of arrival—just let us know before then, and you’re all set.

However, if you book through a third-party site like Expedia or Booking.com, your reservation is subject to their cancellation policies, and any changes or cancellations must be made directly through them, not the hotel.

Do I need a credit card to book a room?

Yes, you’ll need a valid credit card to lock in your stay at JAG—no Debit Visa or Debit Mastercard, no exceptions.

And the cardholder? Gotta be there at check-in, card in hand, ready to verify.

If I pre-pay for my room through a third party site (Expedia, Booking.com) do I still need a credit card at check in?

Yes—you may have pre-paid through another site, but you’ll still need to bring a valid credit card at check-in for incidentals.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Rolling in early or need a late checkout? Let us know—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Is there smoking in the building?

Nope. JAG is a completely smoke-free hotel. Take it outside, rock star.

This also includes vaping.

How close is Water Street and George Street?

Right in the action. Water Street is a two-minute walk, and George Street’s nightlife is just around the corner.

Do you have a pool?

Yes! Our Revival Wellness Centre features a lap pool, sauna, and spa—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or a night of live music.

  • Open Mon – Fri 7am – 9pm
  • Sat – Sun open 8am -8pm

There is family time from 9am – 11am every day.

Do rooms have a safe?

Yes, each room comes with a safe to keep your valuables locked down.

Is breakfast included with our stay?

Breakfast isn’t included, but Exile Restaurant serves up a killer morning menu that’s worth waking up for.

Do your rooms include a workspace?

Yes! Each room has a sleek workspace, so you can plug in before you check out the town.

Are there rooms with wheelchair access?

Absolutely. We have accessible rooms with roll-in showers and other features to make your stay comfortable.

Do you have WiFi?

Of course. High-speed, free, and ready for streaming, scrolling, or working.

Can I request a wake-up call?

Yes—whether it’s an early flight or you just need a nudge after a night on George Street, we’ve got you.

Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

Sorry Kiddos, guests must be at least 19 years old to book a room at JAG.

Is there an ATM in the hotel?

Yes, you’ll find one on-site for those times when only cash will do.

Are gluten-free options available in your restaurants?

Yes! All of our dining locations at JAG, including Exile, offer plenty of gluten-free options. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!
