On October 23 we’re celebrating the songs and storytelling of Canadian folk icon Stan Rogers, performed by some of Newfoundland & Labrador’s finest musicians.
The evening brings together Chris Andrews, The Ennis Sisters, Jim Payne & Fergus O’Byrne, Kevin Evans, Karla Pilgrim & Jackie Sullivan, Tom Nemec, Damhnait Doyle, Bob MacDonald, Brad Tuck, D’Arcy Broderick, Arthur O’Brien, Glen “Bic” Carew, and John & Wilf Curran.
Backed by a trad band featuring Patrick Moran, Billy Sutton, Ian Chipman, and Kevin Evans, this one-night-only tribute will bring a distinctly Newfoundland & Labrador sound to the music of one of Canada’s most celebrated songwriters.
